🏕️ Time Off

Policy Summary
💆 Vacation PTO 20 days PTO +1 day for every year at Township (up to 25 days total). Rolls over to an accrual cap of 25 days.
🛌 Sick & Mental Health PTO 10 paid sick and mental health days per year. Rolls over to an accrual cap of 15 days.
❄️ Office Closures Between 12-14 company-wide paid holidays/days off per year.
🐣 Paid Parental Leave Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave, plus an additional 12 weeks of unpaid parental leave.
🫂 Bereavement Leave 5 days of (non-Vacation) PTO if you experience a loss (with flexibility for continued support if needed) ❤️
🧑‍⚖️ Jury Duty Up to three days of PTO for jury duty. Any time spent serving on a jury beyond three days requires the use of PTO or unpaid leave.
🎒 Personal Leave of Absence You may arrange for a period of unpaid time off.
🤕 Temporary Disability Leave Unpaid disability leave. Some states have programs that allow employees to receive partial pay during periods of temporary disability.
🗳️ Time to Vote Up to 2 hours of PTO to vote, if needed.
